1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Be Underwater Booking, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Platform Scope

Be Underwater Booking is a SaaS platform for activity centers to manage availability, online reservations, customer communication, and payment flows.

4. Payments and Fees

Subscription and transaction fees are shown during checkout or in your dashboard. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan until cancellation.

4.1 Booking payment flow

For widget reservations, cards can be authorized first and charged later when the center accepts the booking. In approved/accepted scenarios, charges are processed via Stripe according to the configured flow.

4.2 Refunds and cancellations

Be Underwater Booking is a digital product. Subscription payments and platform fees are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time and no future renewals will be billed, but amounts already paid are not refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use the platform lawfully and must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or third-party integrations.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with services such as Stripe, Google Calendar, email providers, and reCAPTCHA. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, branding, and software are owned by Be Underwater and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Underwater is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including third-party outages or integration failures outside our direct control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised version.
